We offer responsive and preventative maintenance programmes. Our day to day maintenance works include clearing blocked gutters, hopper heads and downpipes, repairing leaking roof areas, repointing and repairing leaking external walls, repairing and replacing rain water goods pipes and soil pipes.
Clean

Our cleaning services include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, building cleaning – brickwork and lightwells, car parks, graffiti removal, algae removal and bird lime removal.
Pest Control

PM Solutions Ltd over the years have installed numerous anti bird netting, spikes and deterrents to many buildings within the UK. We also have experience in the removal of nests and vermin from hard to reach areas.
